Who are Method Inventories?
Method Inventories is an independent company providing inventories and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) to property management companies, private landlords and tenants. We have fully trained accredited inventory clerks along with commercial and domestic energy assessors available to carry out inventories and EPC's on properties ranging from studio flats to mansion houses, furnished or unfurnished. Our services are available across Scotland, although primarily we work in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth.

Now offering Domestic and Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) From the 4th of January 2009 all landlords or letting agents who rent a property must provide the tenant with an EPC. Method Inventories is a fully accredited member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and Elmhurst Energy Systems (EES).

These are the governing bodies which regulate and monitor their members, ensuring a strict code of practice. In addition to being accredited members of the AIIC and EES we have full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
