Inventory/Schedule of
Condition |
Our Inventory service provides a thorough
written record of the contents and condition of a property,
including fixtures and fittings, and which will be compiled
prior to commencement of a tenancy. This inventory, when
later signed by both parties, will be a legal contract between
tenant and landlord/management company, and will be carried
out by us in accordance with AIIC codes of practice.
Each inventory item will be given a unique
serial number for ease of reference. Three copies of the
Inventory Report – one for each of tenant, management
company and landlord - will be typed, bound and sent on
to the Instructing Principal. We undertake that Inventory
Reports will be received electronically within two working days of the
inventory being performed by our clerks.
