at the property at the start of tenancy |

by room, in the presence of the tenant |

Any changes identified are
noted on the inventory |

Readings for utilities are
taken |

Telephone is noted, whether
connected or not |

A record of keys handed over
to tenant is noted |

Tenants are informed what they
may be charged for at the end of the tenancy |

A declaration sheet is signed
by the tenant confirming agreement with the inventory |

The master inventory is sent
to the Instructing Principal along with an electronic copy |

Inventory Reports are received electronically
within two working days of the check-in being performed
