Check-in

At Method Inventories we believe in meeting the expectations of tenants, landlords and management companies with a high-quality all-encompassing service in which:

The tenant is greeted at the property at the start of tenancy
Inventory is checked, room by room, in the presence of the tenant
Any changes identified are noted on the inventory
Readings for utilities are taken
Telephone is noted, whether connected or not
A record of keys handed over to tenant is noted
Tenants are informed what they may be charged for at the end of the tenancy
A declaration sheet is signed by the tenant confirming agreement with the inventory
The master inventory is sent to the Instructing Principal along with an electronic copy
Inventory Reports are received electronically within two working days of the check-in being performed
